The Directorate of eCitizen Services is the central authority established to oversee the management, development, and enhancement of Kenya’s premier digital platform for accessing government services. Management of the eCitizen Platform
- Coordinating the integration of services from Ministries, Departments, and County Agencies (MCDAs) into the platform.
- Maintaining uninterrupted service delivery by ensuring the platform is robust and secure.
- Regularly updating and upgrading the platform to meet evolving technological standards and user needs.

Digitization of Government Services
- Identifying and prioritizing services for digitization in collaboration with government entities.
- Streamlining processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce bureaucratic bottlenecks.
