Principal Secretary Dr. Belio Kipsang Visits Civil Registration Services to Enhance Coordination and Service Delivery

The Principal Secretary for the State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services, Dr. Belio Kipsang, conducted a familiarization tour at the Civil Registration Services (CRS) offices located at Hass Plaza. During the visit, Dr. Kipsang met with the Secretary and staff of the Directorate and received a comprehensive briefing on its mandate and operations.

In his address, the Principal Secretary emphasized the importance of harmonizing services across directorates responsible for the registration of key citizen documents—such as birth certificates and national identity cards. He noted that consolidating these services would improve efficiency and enhance access for citizens.

Dr. Kipsang also underscored the critical need to continuously improve service delivery to meet the growing expectations of the public. He commended the CRS team for their efforts and encouraged innovation and collaboration in the pursuit of citizen-centric services.
