This is a service provided to foreign missions who wish to authenticate a certificate of birth previously issued by the department.

Requirements for Authentication of Death Certificate for Foreign Missions

• An original and copy of the certificate, which requires authentication.

• Applicant's Identification Document

• Letter from Foreign Mission requesting Authentication
