This is a service provided to government agencies that wish to authenticate a certificate of birth previously issued by the department.

Requirements for Authentication of Certificates for Government agencies

• An original and copy of the certificate, which requires authentication.

• Applicant's Identification Document

• Letter from agency requesting Authentication
